Dom main mission to get more kids on bikes and grow the community all together
Vice President
As a kid my bike gave me independence and the freedom to explore and learn. I love being able to play a small part in helping Dom give that opportunity to whole other generation.
Oldest unpaid intern working for DFB. One of The biggest behind-the-scenes cheerleader for his success!!
“Mom Manager…She is the brain and I am the body. She gets the customers and I do the work. We are a good team.” -- Dom
"I enjoy "working" at the Bike Shop with Dom for many reasons. But mostly because that time spent together - just the 2 of us - gives me the opportunity to see Dom be Dom - the grandson who is funny, loving, caring, energetic, and full of bright ideas. That time can not be replaced with any other time -it is all about Gram and Dom and I love it!"
I have had the opportunity to watch Dom grow DFB from just about the ground up. It has been an incredible journey. Dom's dedication and passion is contagious! I cannot wait to see more of what's to come!
Kate found out about DFB from Marla in its very early stage. She was immediately impressed / inspired by Dom's passion, drive, and dedication to his cause. Kate and her 3 kids are longtime supporters; they've attended both grand openings (and many DFB community events). Kate is honored to be on this journey with Dom and his crew and she

Chris Hutelmyer is the executive director of Arts and Athletics Club. Similar to Dom, Chris started a nonprofit as a teenager. He provides knowledge and insight on the running of a nonprofit organization.
Honored to be part of Dom's village as he positively impacts our community, builds his business, and inspires others to be better!
Website Management, Graphic Design, Fundraising Advice, and All Things Technology
I am honored to be a part of DFB. To be a part of an organization that is focused on the needs of others, that are in need is something that I think everyone should try to do. What makes DFB even more special is that the founder is young enough to make changes for a long time.
By joining the advisory board I feel I can assist with maximizing the impact while supporting a cause whose mission aligns with my beliefs . While serving I can and will use my professional skills and vast connections to help guide and shape the organization over the course of my tenure as a member.
Since Dom was about 6 I have gotten to know the Pecora family. I was able to watch as Karen's living room fill with bikes over the years. I was astounded by "Dom's sheer determination as DFB grew into a mission to place bikes with families in need. I am not at all surprised at the growth of DFB as a charity or Doms growth as an individual."
